In cases of damaged product delivered (leakage / broken/missing items) due to transit, an exchange can be initiated after thorough verification.

Domestic Shipping
- SHIPPING FREE on all prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery only available for order value above ?500 . Shipping is Flat ?50/- on Cash on Delivery.
- We use Delhivery, DTDC and Speedpost as courier partner for all domestic orders.
- Orders from all over India are processed within 24 hours. For orders within Kolkata, we deliver in 2 working days and rest of India we deliver in 5-7 working days.
- You will be notified when your order is shipped.
- In the case of multiple products in an order, the entire order will be shipped together. Please consider the delivery timelines to be slightly longer in such cases.
PLEASE NOTE –
- SOME products are made on order, delivery time for those are 15-20 days for all over India.
- If the customer provided contact number is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, a charge of Rs. 250 will be levied. The charge covers the two-way shipping cost, packaging cost, and warehouse cost.
