Refund Policy
We do not have a refund policy. Kindly write to us on itsybitsykolkata@gmail.com with the necessary unboxing video (mandatory) and images with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product.
A credit note can be issued or exchange will be done if the issue is not with the logistics handling and there is genuine defect in the product after thorough verification of the things mentioned above
